ARTIFICIAL FLOWER CARE GUIDE, TIPS & ADVICE.

All our artificial flower stems can be cut to your desired size should you need to, simply use sharp scissors or pliers & bend until cut.

Should your artificial flower stems accumulate any dust, simply dust down lightly or give them a shake upside down to remove any dirt, a damp cloth can also be used if required.

We pay good attention to the detail of our stems from root to tip so no need to display your stems in an opaque vase every time.

You can add water to your vase to create a more convincing look to your silk flower arrangements, just ensure to change the water weekly & don't use for more than a few days at a time. Not all our stems are suitable to be arranged in water, please check the care information per product.

All our eternal roses have undergone a preserving treatment allowing them to retain their appearance, texture & colour meaning your roses will look fresh for at least a year.

All our eternal roses are fitted within our signature gift boxes meaning the roses are protected during transit as well as in your home.

Your eternal roses will last for at least a year by following these simple care instructions;

• Avoid extreme temperatures & direct sunlight
• Do not water your eternal roses
• Do not remove the eternal roses from their box, they have been fixed in place in order to protect them
• Should your eternal roses accumulate any dust, lightly dust them with a soft brush
